I already had this plate in its earlier version (on which was noted "MasterChef") that eventually curl after intensive use. I was extremely pleased, except the design defaulted on the sloping edge serving for gripping: you can place it on one side of the oven and not before so it is not practical at all. I thought the same thing redeem commanding it. In appearance, it is thicker, stiffer, seems more solid. However the use I found it catastrophic: all foods from sticking, even small enough rich butter cookies, buns etc. Also Heat conduction is bad: the part of the food in contact with the plate is never golden brown (unlike the old version where everything was great cooked it like below). In short I'm super disappointed, what a pity to have changed the wrong way a product that was almost perfect!
