Not silly ponies ...

Series on the theme of the ponies, there are many ... They are all designed for little girls (as the series on dance!). Most are unbearable silliness, featuring girls locked in downright sexist stereotypes (it gossiped, it conspires, that dream stars and glitter ...). The series "Clara and ponies" is a happy exception.

It is primarily a realistic and contemporary series: the universe is that of a blended family, who left the city, not very silver, a pony club being created by young people friendly and original. .. The heroine, Clara discovers the world of horses she was completely unaware. And she pays the price: Work pony club, sometimes rough learning of riding ... It has character, projects, and of course dreams. The writing is simple, airy but rich. Each story is based on an outstanding but again anchored in the concrete, in everyday life, while remaining captivating.

We study and focuses mainly on Clara in which girls of 8-10 years old can recognize easily. Does she succeed to ride the pony he likes so much, she will witness the birth of the foal? Will she soothed establish relations with his half-sister who despises? How to convince her to leave work in pony club of parents? ...
