Plastic base:
The fact that the machine has a Polinoxboden, you know before buying. At least, if you read the description and not just look at the photos. That's in this price range standard with well-known manufacturers. From low-cost carriers such as Beko, Gorenje Bomann or you get though full stainless steel liners for the same money, but whether these machines are high total equivalent then, is another question. Here you can indeed decide before buying against Siemens, but sensibly not complain afterwards.
Installation height:
The installation height can of course vary (for 60mm, from about 80, x cm - 86 cm x Base height) as it precisely is clear from the description. Even from the beginning, when installed, is this possible and also necessary for the stability. With the enclosed steam fender screwed to the countertop down, the machine sits only then sure. The mounting hardware is also there and the two-sided guidance of few images self-explanatory.
Drying performance / consumption:
Modern machines with good energy values must save the electricity and water consumption. That's why the piece user can accelerate varioSpeed also to old fuel economy with plenty of water and power, ergo heat programs. And therefore need Ökospülprogramme, then allow to run up overnight - quiet enough for the dishwasher is all - correspondingly longer in order to achieve good cleaning performance with less fuel consumption. It is therefore pointless to compare ancient devices regarding programming period or Trockungshitze with a modern dishwasher without involving the consumption values.
If you simply the door can be closed after the program ends, the drying works well. Even plastic dries satisfactorily, provided that the machine is properly fitted - simply take a little. The door premature to open, here is counterproductive. Last drops of water on plastic are in some way a concession to the environmental impact of consumption, because without active heating performance may not dry completely. A 3l small car can not drive fast 240kmh.
Minor points:
Subjectively I feel the buttons do not imply the little dibasic. Of course, they are plastic and not made of stainless steel - which only makes sense in view of the haptics and a lower tendency to contamination, such as it is. In my view, they act massively, not rickety-hollow and have a rich tactile feedback.
The baskets are stable, the adjustment makes a solid impression - just this I know, for example, of Bauknecht only from full plastic and wobbly.
Filling with salt works well without a funnel - and if something goes wrong, it does not matter, even if not a rinsing process is started at the same, because only stainless steel would be attacked, the Polinoxboden not.
Conclusion:
A rock-solid and, in my opinion, visually attractive machine without frills, but with all the finesse and an acceptable ecological balance in the consumption of a renowned German manufacturer - after I had sought and found all the relevant information in the description on Amazon. Who can read, is just a clear advantage.
