Objections here often unjustified

I'll hate the headmaster hang out and am not getting paid by Siemens, but to criticize a reasonable product, because the instructions were evidently not read, is not permitted. Many complained in previous reviews aspects are in fact incomprehensible.
The machine works perfectly. That's why I refer below only to explicitly criticized points:

Plastic base:
The fact that the machine has a Polinoxboden, you know before buying. At least, if you read the description and not just look at the photos. That's in this price range standard with well-known manufacturers. From low-cost carriers such as Beko, Gorenje Bomann or you get though full stainless steel liners for the same money, but whether these machines are high total equivalent then, is another question. Here you can indeed decide before buying against Siemens, but sensibly not complain afterwards.

Installation height:
The installation height can of course vary (for 60mm, from about 80, x cm - 86 cm x Base height) as it precisely is clear from the description. Even from the beginning, when installed, is this possible and also necessary for the stability. With the enclosed steam fender screwed to the countertop down, the machine sits only then sure. Drying performance / consumption:
Modern machines with good energy values ​​must save the electricity and water consumption. The baskets are stable, the adjustment makes a solid impression - just this I know, for example, of Bauknecht only from full plastic and wobbly.
Filling with salt works well without a funnel - and if something goes wrong, it does not matter, even if not a rinsing process is started at the same, because only stainless steel would be attacked, the Polinoxboden not.

Conclusion:
A rock-solid and, in my opinion, visually attractive machine without frills, but with all the finesse and an acceptable ecological balance in the consumption of a renowned German manufacturer - after I had sought and found all the relevant information in the description on Amazon. Who can read, is just a clear advantage.
