I found this book, however, accessible to all and not very "technical". It generally covers all the bad principles of contemporary food and provides solutions from traditional Chinese cuisine. Surely common sense, good dietary extension tool and seeking to combine both the Taoist tradition and the constraints of western food, this book is a work worthy of being recommended. I regret, however, that little is dedicated to food themselves, their properties and indications, and some practical work in the form of recipes and menus. I hope to find what I'm looking in the 2nd book Zagorski.
