The device is really easy to use and measures - in my opinion - a bit more accurate than body fat scales. It is important, as mentioned in some amounts, always at the same time to measure preferably in the morning. The advantage to a Caliper (body fat pliers), who certainly brings better results, is especially easy and rapid application.
