That the book was missing. Some simple thing, not theoretical, not smoky where we take you by the hand and where every season we explain what you should do. Exercises, attitudes, essential oils, plants, everything is there. A good book very affordable even for those who know nothing about Chinese medicine. The book is quite impressive and I confess I have not read all seasons! but as the author says it's not serious, it is only in one season at a time, so reading the book can be spread over a year. This is clearly a daily companion.
