Affentheater has everything that I love Marius!

Since my early youth I'm a fan of Marius, he has strongly influenced my taste in music and today still denies a large part of it.

And Affentheater is one of his best, maybe the best album he has ever aufgenmmen.

Part rough, partly melancholic, partly ironic to Marius and his exceptional musicians present in top form. Rock'n Roll at its best alternates with silent and great arranged ballads from, well mixed, downright audiophile sound guitars and Hammond's Zerlett through the speakers.

The lyrics are biting, soulful and honest, while never flat or cheesy. You go into your ear and get stuck there, and upon closer inspection they all wear a wise statement with it. Toll!

Affentheater will always remain one of the highlights in my CD shelves!
