The positive first: while it is connected, it is in fact (in my network) almost twice as fast, both in sending and in receiving direction: 290 / 400Mbit compared to 130 / 190mbit with the 5xx he Kombi.
Negatives: As I said - as long as the connection exists. When 1000E set I had repeatedly and repeatedly minutes long disconnections which, sometimes, however, no longer fixed daily usually after a few minutes even.
However, this only happens with the 1000E models, the 5xx he combined running for months now & again stable for weeks (not only felt).
Since I prefer to have a slightly slower, but reliable connection, the 1000E went back. The Support page of AVM says this even succinctly: "... carry outlet AC & if it does not help, it is a pity, but not to change."
