While this pillow keeps all in all what is promised in the advertising text and in the product description, but it's too soft. Unfortunately, I am a very sensitive Seitschläfer and declining even 9-up pillows too far, before the material is "hardened" and supported my head enough. That causes me the pillow uncomfortable pressed against the pillow side eye and also against the nose, making breathing difficult. Instinctively, I turn in my sleep by my head from the pillow away and wake up at night with very strong neck pain. I highly recommend this pillow therefore DISCONTINUE USING and recommend Seitschläfern with very flat head position only conditionally. My friend, however, has taken it from me and has been satisfied. It is partly back, partly Seitschläferin and find a comfortable sleep. From my pillow gets 1 star, from my friend 4; which then makes generous 3 stars.
