When unpacking my lap once a fresh wind chemistry around the ears. As asked myself whether the color pattern is intentional or an oversight by a chemical accident. The smell faded but after few hours and now you can smell anything.
The shell can be very easily attached to the DS4 by pulling the controller through the large opening of the touchpad. Everything fits perfectly, and we think that the controller looks and without shell.
The Action buttons are now on a level with the shell. It is the beginning bit unusual, but hardly accustomed, it does so even much better. Only the Options and Share button are located slightly too far, but if it's just to go in the game, then one uses probably less these two keys;) It prevents even that they operated provided from (provided I have so many pictures from given that the hard drive was fully ^^).
What really bothers the other hand:
If one uses big stick essays, this now rubbing on the cover. Especially my right stick, because this has a higher attachment for Shooter. It slows downright from the control and restrict this even.
The normal small essays, however, do not rub.
Positives:
+ Beautiful design
+ Easy attachment
+ Cheap to buy
+ Fits comfortably in your hand (pleasant material)
+ Additional grip on the back of the controller
+ Action keys at the same height as shell
Neutral:
= Stick essays could possibly be affected
= Share and option button are recessed

Negatives:
- When unpacking leaking chemical smell
- Big Stick essays (eg Hama Set) rub and be severely affected in the control
- Edit: The sticks are definitely slowed down at the edges and get stuck
Would recommend the product? If a shell only for optical purposes you look then yes. You get an extra grip and the action buttons are located conveniently MMN. Users of large Hama stick attachments are here but rather out of frustration. Optionally you could cut away the silicone around the sticks, but that's not the purpose of the thing.

I have now cut off the edges at the sticks, as it has otherwise very slowed down.
