In the description of this SoundBar at AMAZON states directly under the "IR remote control" at the time of preparation of this review, that a connection of iPad, iPhone or USB flash drive would be possible via USB port. That is just plain wrong! At least, that I delivered device has no USB port!
That I did not send it to that annoying discovery immediately returned, has the simple reason that you as the iPad can connect via the headphone-to-RCA cable (which can optionally be used for example for connecting the TV), so but can play the sound of mobile devices. Contemporary would here but anyway a Bluetooth solution, the only way.
2. gripe: The ECO circuit is unfortunately flawed, meaning that the sound bar (of course only when the power switch) sometimes even displaced from the standby itself to operating mode when no sound signal from TV or BR player rests, because both devices themselves are in stand-by grade. Again, this can be circumvented by simply press the power button for longer periods of non-use. In addition, the device switches after about 15 minutes and in any case by itself in standby when no sound is present permanently. Annoying this error for a device of the upper class anyway if he does not generate mega-power consumption ... guess: Maybe make even the slightest voltage variation (from one of the connected devices) for the erroneous transfer of the soundbar from the stand-by in the mode of operation.
3. gripe: Right, who as already described other reviews, the subwoofer cracks frequently. And this is clearly always at Tonpausen in my case - in films thus always precisely when a short passage of silence occurs. Obviously, this is due to the radio connection to the soundbar, for the same sound making the subwoofer finally the basic switching once the soundbar ever receives sound. We hold: whenever radio shortly no audio signal is transmitted, a clear crack can be heard. And that annoys quite!

Severe cineastes will anyway never be happy with a soundbar alternative solution instead of a multi-channel system with speakers in the back. What is the end for me angry only, is especially wrong product description on Amazon when it comes to USB port, because this alleged functionality initially does contribute to the purchase decision! Less difficult, however (ie the need, but to the power switch) outweighs the drawback of occasional self-start from the standby mode, but a device in this price range one would expect that such a circuit worked perfectly. If the cracking of the subwoofer in TV mode - I can live with it as I said, most will not be able, therefore, more than 3 points are not really there.
