Since I'm not a fan of 'onboard LAN', I was looking for a card that runs under Win 7 64-bit. Beforehand I had already tried other cards that are indeed recognized by the Windows Compatibility Center all the running, but not have their own driver for Win 7. The drivers of this are already integrated into Windows 7, but not really fresh. Conclusion: I arrived with cards such as Intel PRO 1000GT or D-Link DGE-530T a stable transfer speed, neither 100 nor at 1.000MBit / s.
So I came to the D-Link DGE-528T (HW Rev. B1) and lo and behold, she runs. Stable and with a vengeance, as I expected and really hoped by the other cards. And what is beautiful, even if it is not clearly indicated in the product description on the box to the Windows 7 logo is. Even a driver for Windows 7 32/64-bit there on the D-Link website for download, although D-Link on their website not from a Windows 7 compatibility schreibt- only XP, Vista, etc ....
