What does it otherwise, that others do not?

With the attention to detail, this fan is from:
* Potentially resting edges have a rubber coating
* The 4 rubber spacers can be placed in 2 directions so that the fan once fed seated on the housing or holding 1mm distance. You can decide yourself So which strategy you want to pursue in order to avoid impact sound transmission
* 4 alternative "hard" mounting bolts
* There is even a proper assembly instructions
