Outrageous quality and service

this product I can not recommend absolutely.
I have used Kammera a week in Greece when diving and that's it.
The springs in the buttons of the Cover rust after one week use. In addition, the battery is gone kapput he or still hold exactly 30 seconds ...

After asking for a exchanges may, I was told that the warranty has expired (kanapp half a year after purchase) and I have to pay the repair (48) and the "shipping fee" itself, which is probably more expensive than a new Kammera to buy.

If it were not so outrageous, the answer to my request would be almost funny:
"Hello, thank you for your email, we will check the fee is approximately EUR 48, including the repair fee + reshipping fee (it's not including the return shipping fee that the item back to us), thank you"
