The audio playback via Bluetooth is technically not a problem, but unfortunately you have to make in this mode tonal compromises. Without the PC vornehmbaren tone settings of the overall sound is somewhat muffled therefore. The basses are not clearly delimited from the low-mid and complex sound patterns seem a little washed out. Roar- and Bass Booster buttons also do not just contribute to the improvement.
The connection via an audio cable delivers amazingly better results than the Bluetooth connection with apt X. cables have therefore still justified.
I tested the way with and without attached power pack. But the maximum volume was influenced by this. The overall tone remained the same.
Bottom line, you get to the Roar a decent powerhouse that does not hide behind more expensive incarnations of this equipment category. There are also features that are usually sought in vain in the competition. The recently significantly reduced offer price makes the Roar almost irresistible.
