I had ongoing pain in their elbow and had always pushed to sport. Then I remembered the unfavorable hand position on in normal mice - in particular the index finger is forced into an unnatural position and has apparently irritated some part in the elbow. With this mouse, the nightmare was forgotten within a few days.
