Very good book, well written, accessible. The practice of what mindfulness is not always easy if you do not understand the subject. This book has the merit from specific examples, painters paintings to illustrate the words and the reader. The choice of the paint is very relevant because we are in the register of emotions that face the modern world that still represses more. The benefits of meditation are finally submitted and be made through simple exercises drawn from the analysis of paintings. There I found the themes of Matthieu Ricard, revisited by the occupational physician. The result of this collaboration is already in itself encouraging.
