Notably the recommendation make small, even very small, meditation beaches, but many of the day in order not to get discouraged too quickly, the essential being to prolong this several weeks to obtain the first results which then encourages them to continue and intensify ..
Indeed, many people who do not have patience and get discouraged quickly, unable to meditate more than 10 minutes .. and eventually give up .. Great shame because meditation provides inner calm space then to deal with daily stress with undeniable efficiency.
