I'm not expert on small seeds but I think it takes time to understand the fine adjustment of its wheel.
Indeed, as this mill is universal, the dial is used to adapt the mill not only choose the size of the grind.
And contrary to what one might think, seeing this dial, it's not just 5 or 6 positions but a multitude, the symbols indicating the direction + or - ultimately.
Now that I have done a lot of testing, I will go and to order some more to always have on hand:
- Mix black and gray pepper
- Sichuan pepper
- 5 bays
- 5 spices
- Sea salt
- Wet sea salt

The reserve is very comfortable (+/- 70 to 80g of black pepper) and has the advantage of keeping the contents safe from moisture and air.
The stopper made me a little scared before buying but I can reassure you right away, it is not difficult to remove or to recover and I think it will remain so for many years :)
