Order placed on September 24, received on 9 October. Promise kept, it holds well on the edges of a glass and it's chic. They are big enough, you can not miss them. However, they were well packaged on 100 ordered one was stained. Fortunately for me, I'm more than it takes me so no worries ... Beautiful cutting, paper slightly purple sequin effect for a class but not corny! I'm thrilled!
