Positives:
- Solid workmanship
- Swivel in all directions
- HDMI cable right there,
- Mounting uncomplicated
Negatives:
- Take Up by itself down (TV tilts)
- Screws for "Expansion" were bent
- Enclosed water balance is not to be used !!!
The installation was really simple, but our TV tilts sometimes by itself forward. This might be annoying, but since we do not swing this often is to get over this.
For a side room and for a smaller and not to heavy this TV wall mount is recommended for the price anyway.

In my recession I was contacted by the distributor's customer service and I could describe my points to the wall bracket again.
The customer service representative was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to get because of my description a replacement wall mount free to send (since it was not available in Germany, it was imported from the United States, all costs for this was the seller).
The new wall bracket I am now completely satisfied.
So I correct my original 3-star rating and awarding an extra star for the service of customer service and the goodwill of the dealer.
