The singer, who has really specialized in R & B and hip-hop, relies on electronic drumbeats and surfs on a bass-heavy wave in the direction of the top chart.
Album opener is the main title. The beat whipped going right, the tune is catchy and Medina voice unmistakable. It follows the hit single "You And I", which appeared in Denmark under the title "Kun for Mig" and all 52 weeks has held at No. 1. With "Addiction" it is a little quieter, but it remains electronically. The song goes like the two predecessors, directly into the ear and in the legs. "Lonely", the second single, the stands in every way, sounds only minimally different. Medinas principle here is the same: you can dance beat, catchy chorus and a bit of "You And I" in every song. So it is no surprise that "6 AM" the same track moves. During the subsequent track "In Your Arms" believed at the beginning of a ballad heard until the Beat strikes again and Medina a tugging on the dance floor. "Happy" is finally a nice change, because this is a little bit more gentle to the point. "The One" is similarly quiet but not particularly spectacular. Something similar happens "Gutter", where the refrain that single a little rescues. With "Selfish" Medina puts then really took off before it is again tranquil with "Execute Me". This number is not quite as strong as the opener and therefore goes down a little. As a bonus track Medina presents a Accoustic version of "You & I" and here you can hear properly, what a great voice she has.
Too bad that Medina on the entire album, drum-heavy beats must bend, because a real hit potential includes not this album. Apart from her success called "You and I" brings the album produced no further earwig. The songs sound a dull and monotonous part, so it is not surprising that her singles "Lonely" and "Addication" perished in the charts.
Potential, the Danish beauty definitely. One can only hope that they will put on their next album again demonstrated.
