The Power Manager makes a very solid and compact impression in my mind. Back to all devices to be managed simply plugged. Which device just gets power, is controlled via the front-mounted toggle switches and displays located in the toggle lights. A dedicated overall switch makes it possible to escape the current, regardless of the individual switch position all devices. There are also power strips that allow the outlets other individually on and off (see also Heitronic 5X Tischsteckdose, individually switchable, 1.5 m). The advantage of the Power Manager as opposed to these power strips it that the connectors and cables can be hidden very well towards the rear (in my case, behind the cupboard), but still very easy to come to the toggle switch.
Conclusion: The device is very easy to set up and working properly. Therefore, very strong buy recommendation.
PS Note even for those who are planning similar: previously might try it, which devices can function properly even when the power is in the meantime completely gone. Two of the originally planned six units I had permanently attached to the power back, because I had not taken this into account:
1. DVBS Receivers (with integrated HDD recorder, the naturally somewhat difficult teams up with shots when no power is there ;-))
2. Samsung LED TV (here I unfortunately have to realize that there are on my device obviously a software or hardware error regarding. The HDMI inputs). Whenever the power was out, I had trouble getting the three HDMI inputs functional again)
