Only the "castle" to finish is a real joke for a Samsonite product. Here I had somehow expected something Massive. But this is not so. The included "key" that is not worthy of the name is only by accident (it is absent from the castle to any leadership) to use to close the briefcase. Even the clip of the insertion tongue often does not engage right away. Here Samsonite has real need for improvement.
