At the crossroads of decluttering and voluntary simplicity, this book will provide a lot of useful info and discussion tracks (and I'm where?). It is a personal testimony, it can be read as a novel, but provides practical ideas to test (or not) and raise at least want to take a chance and be ever vigilant to these little nothing, undermining nothing, clog and pollute.
However I think it might disappoint the "ultras already engaged" in the practices of simplicity or decrease as it took to line waste non generation driving and this leaves other listed criteria.
Personally, I found it interesting to discover this book about a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) and their way of letting go of overconsumption. Enjoy reading.
