The Bibliolycée editions are usually very advisable for the academic use of reading, oral and written French baccalaureate. This book is no exception, but it should be noted that it is based solely on the 1857 edition of Flowers of Evil, that of the famous trial: that is, we will not find the poems written between 1857 and 1861, when the second edition. This lack of consequence, since among these poems are those that Baudelaire wrote the most famous. It is better to use a synthetic edition, which shows the 1857 text, that of 1861 and parts of judicial orders: almost all editions trade do, except this one.
May 2014: A new edition has just been published in the same collection, where the gaps identified above are repaired. 1861 poems were added, some of which, like "albatross" or "Journey" are of great importance.
