The bowl seemed very mild compared to what I expected. The bottom end appears compared to other induction equipment, but now the heat is perfectly diffuse. It was very successful passing exam. I distrusted the first time, and to avoid it takes basically I did my mix fruit / sugar off the heat. I managed to put in a single 3.6 kg of fruit and 3 kg of special sugar jams. Just cook 10 minutes instead of 5 préconnisées to the base mixture. I washed the bowl at each end of cooking. A single pass under water was enough. No need to scratch. In addition, the handles do not get hot during cooking, which is handy to hold without burning. On the same day, I made four "rounds" of jams (64 pots) and no damage to the basin. I am delighted with my purchase and I highly recommend.
