I have the printer now for a few days. Installation was simple and it also prints texts pretty neat. Photo printing I have not tried yet.

The included scanning software with OCR Presto PageManager 9:03 SE is however quite awkward to use. I have hours and a lot of attempts needed before I could create searchable PDFs. The trick is in File - Settings "Save as PDF Options" in "Safe Mode", select the "text under image page" option. To scan text and then save them as searchable PDF I have to scan in a 1st step with the OCR button and then save in a 2nd step as pdf. I have a lot rumprobiert and found no easier way.
