Down with Spendierhosen, Invisible! (Audio CD)

Customer Review

Through the exceptional previous album "13" and the No. 1 hit "men are pigs" the doctors were finally all in the Federal Republic of a term. Thus, I needed a successor and exactly this we have here. He goes by the wondrous name of "Down with Spendierhosen, Invisible!" and put in an equally miraculous plush bag. Doctors have therefore ever again caused a stir in advance.
The album itself is one step further away from the punk of the mid-90s. The lead single "How is" was a radio hit for swaying and -Sing, but on the plate it goes far more colorful and sometimes scandalous to. So cavort there death metal influences ("Mondo Bondage") and ska tracks ("everything as simple") in addition to 30-second quick fixes ("Yoko Ono") and abischtlich cheap sounding beats ("Rock'n'Roll Superman ").
In places, the album can still miss some seriousness that had the previous "13" done better, but the "feeling generous" is safe once again at a level that most German bands find it hard to see from below.
Highlights: How are; Mondo Bondage; Sometimes women have ...; Yoko Ono
