Problems with Sky and HD Receiver

Now the biggest disaster. This TV is not compatible with other Recievern. We have Sky and received by cable Germany HD. This worked just a few seconds, then click and the TV was a black screen. We have tried everything possible. Reconnected plug, taken completely by electricity, etc.etc again reset to factory settings. We have cable Germany, Sky, LG and even called yet in Saturn the Seller and described our huge problem. Of course, it could help us any.

Now comes the happy ending. By chance we found the LG Forum on the solution.
You have to click on Settings Reciever the Service menu, then monitor, then HDMI resolution set to Automatic in the Sky. That's it.
Now I can see all my resists Sky HD channels and the other HD channels.
Switching will take now probably a little, but that's me after all the stress care.
