Gar, I was not thrilled that I could not recognize who is the supplier. In the product description, a company called "elinkume". In the order confirmation it was called then "elinkuam". The envelope of the delivery was unclear to decipher a "Sun Logistic Service GmbH" in Karlsruhe. Their website [...] makes me none the wiser. CEO is Mr. Xu. The business purpose is:
"In March 2006, 4PX explicit resource integration experts the role of positioning the industry, emphasized 4PX unique business model by integrating quality provision of resources in the areas of the world to build a global express network. 4PX through continuous innovation and strive for a more advanced technology, to build a more efficient operation, the cost is more reasonable, more attentive service derinternationalen courier public platform. "
After I had taken on the Amazon Marketplace contact with the seller, I received "elinkuam" of an invoice as a Word file and the assurance of a one-year warranty. The bill directs the company Elinkuam from the "Shop No. 111" in Hong Kong. The LEDs are made well in Shenzen / China, as a "business address" is called a company in Great Britain. To whom one turns well in the case of a complaint?
The barcode on the packaging of the product has a "name" from: ELG T05W9 WW1. At least one CE mark is printed.
Meanwhile (3 days after delivery) of items on Amazon is no longer available. Where can I buy more now the LEDs?
Since the LEDs look good and are currently doing what they should, I struggle my way through to a rating of 4 stars, which is certainly too high for the business performance of Elinkuam.
Addendum: After six months of use, the LED lights are still reliable and safe. I therefore stand by my assessment: getting used to the product well, delivery and manufacturing company. They should also be reordered according to an email the supplier.
