Product ok, support virtually absent

I have bought the Yoga 2 Pro to replace an Asus Zenbook UX31A, which (unfortunately !!!) after 1.5 years had problems, but was replaced by Amazon. Since Asus had in the meantime made with its premium class strong price jump, I have not resorted back to this manufacturer, but for this Lenovo.
In general, I regret to say that in direct comparison, the Lenovo has a much cheaper (although that is of course only my subjective opinion) - it creaks nothing, the mechanism works well - the "feel to the touch" is just not quite as lofty as the UX31A. The display has a very high resolution, which I hardly notice a difference to UX31A (FHD), Kompatibilitaetsprobleme there are unfortunately some because Windows is not designed in such a PPI number (When Asus In this respect, there were already problems that even higher resolution reinforces this just yet). The touchscreen responds very well and is quite useful to use partly under Windows - but also would go back without it.

Now the reason for the poor rating:

I changed one of my router (to utilize 50K) from a Fritzbox 7312 to a Fritz box 7362SL. Here is an incompatibility between the router and laptop seems to be, I can not use WPA2 encryption and sign the yoga 2 per. Unencrypted WLAN or WPA provides a remedy. These will be noted that all other devices (iPhone, OnePlus One, Samsung Galaxy Tab, TV, PS4, etc ...) can be connected easily.
I then wrote to the Lenovo support what that could be, Possibly a setting in the driver (latest version installed of course) or anything else. The next day came the yet very sobering answer:

Dear XXX,

Sorry that you have trouble with your wireless LAN connection.
In this case, probably there is an incompatibility between the router and the wireless network card with respect to the WPA2 encryption.
Please understand that we can not rule out completely contained due to the variety in the marketplace router, an incompatibility.

I regret to say that I have since hoped for a little more helpful answer, because such a thing should not happen in a laptop of more than 1000 Euro class, or if it (which can be understandably never rule out completely) the manufacturer should show a little more effort To fix the problem than just a standard email response. Especially since a current Fritz box is by no means a niche product.
I have the support responded in the above example, what probably seems communication has been set.
In any case, I am very disappointed, and would these producers avoid all further contact.
If the support I will still update the review reports.
