I have purchased this unit because I've seen it both in a rehabilitation clinic, as well as my family doctor in use. So I assume that it is a very reliable and robust sphygmomanometer. The operation is foolproof (In the rehabilitation clinic was used in each floor for self-fairs). So far I am very satisfied and can only recommend the purchase, although it costs more than other devices that are offered everyone. In my health to love accurate readings are important to me, however, to save as a few euros in the acquisition.
