Customer Review

On the second studio album by the Toten Hosen let it rock tidy. However, the sound was not very sophisticated. Does not interfere, that's punk rock.

And yet, the original recordings was this album remastered, re-edited and brought up to today's technology.

The Result:
The album sounds basically like always. But do you make a direct comparison and listen out good, then are worlds between this disc and the original disc.

Most striking is that the original CD a little "wobbled". Stayed one out then sounded long guitar chords, for example as a worn-out cassette. Okay, not so extreme, but you could definitely hear the rise and fall.

Now the guitars sound clean and crisp, as if they were re-recorded. Knotless, clean sound. The drums sound pithy, the bass and the vocals are defined to better understand.

If you listen to the recordings in direct comparison exactly, then falls on a that the new CD is not just hunted by filters. Here was done properly. Each instrument has been optimized for themselves. The result is sharp - and yet nothing was alienated. It still sounds like the original should sound.

Of course, was also taken to the mix, better use of the dynamics of the CD. To German: The CD is significantly louder.

Well, as I said, is punk rock with comparatively primitive sound. Whether it is worth the new, improved version, everyone must decide for themselves. As an extra bonus songs anyway. B-sides. Interesting and of course good, but they do not quite serve up some songs of the actual CD.

The pants have placed have the goods. The CD is packed to the brim - and in a really better sound.
