Pure insolence

I've ordered the product in the hope that I get 8 different colors. Not only that the delivery took forever, so I had doubts whether they still come, then I have 8 piercings in only 2 different colors get (4xweiß, 4xlila). I need not mention that I was away for more than disappointed ...
Then I wrote the seller a yet friendly mail (mind you in German as in English so there is no problem of understanding) that the product description is not apparent that it is only by 2 different colors and whether this was a mistake. I wanted to return the product and get either the remaining 6 colors added or have my money back.
It is to this day come back not even an answer what I feel as insolence and absolutely kundenunfreundlich!
Also, the piercings I do not get free of defects 100% but have minor quirks ...
If there was 0 star would have, I would have done this!
I am really very disappointed, while it's not about the really cheap price but the fact that I simply, in good German, ripped feel and it would have spent a single cent!
