This portfolio of very good quality is presented in a nice box solid vintage style, convenient to offer. I ordered it in black and I find beautiful with its delicate and fine and correct size for inserting his papers. This product seems very solid and indeed, it remains too bulky when completed. Maybe he should give it time to take shape, but in the meantime should be better stored in a wallet in the inside pocket of a jacket. When to store it in the pocket of jeans, do not count the same note ... why then the only two stars you say?
Well because I had a bad surprise unpacking: there was a greasy adhesive species on a large part of the portfolio's surface (especially near impressions).
As it is a gift that I had to offer the same day it is received, so I could consider returning it. So I was stuck. I really struggled to remove the fat adhesive. It took me several tries with the fear of damaging the leather. I first tried a water cleaning with a soft cloth but obviously to no avail, and then successfully using scarlet water I had luckily in my cupboards. Except that the scarlet water slightly gray leather which the shots was very annoying.
I tell myself that the portfolio will wear anyway with time, but then to provide a new article with a leather already altered it sucks and it really made me uncomfortable. How was you it escaped the control quality from the manufacturer, all the glue did not seem to really reach the box, but the machine tools used in leather ... ???
Without this, I would have put 4 stars because it really is a very nice product. I have not had any luck ...
