Quiet and handy but not thoroughly

After many years with various BRAUN razors I bought with great expectations the Philips HQ7310 shaver. After 14 days, the skin becomes accustomed to the new shaver - as announced in the manual. For trouble-free zones (cheeks), the Philips no weaknesses. It is significantly quieter than any razor that I know so far, but it takes time. So he's not as fast as the razor with the broad, double oscillating blades. The weaknesses of the Philips shaver show up in difficult areas: Under the nose, neck and ears. Here the design principle encounters apparently reached its limits. A complete failure of the trimmer. Of the existing reviews, I was forewarned and did not expect much. But that this trimmer is practically no function, is then not acceptable.
Finally, a positive point: The battery life is pleasing long. A week and more keeps the battery at once morgentlichem shaving through easily.
