Quiet, melancholic, catchy

The guys from The Rasmus had announced in advance that the style of the new album on 'Into' 'the fourth studio album by the four Finns' anlehne. Well, I think not at all personally. On 'The Rasmus' are influences of each album to hear and yet it is a completely distinct and new style, the guys have created with their latest work.

STRANGER: A song with an extraordinary history. Starts very slowly and makes me a driving feeling with the powerful chorus (if you can call it in this song so) discharges. 5/5 points

I'M A MESS: With this song I can personally start anything. I find it kinda flat and without depth. In my opinion a poor choice for the first single from the album. 2/5 points

IT'S YOUR NIGHT: This song bobs a little to himself. The melody is nice and catchy, but for me lacks that certain something. 3/5 points

SAVE ME ONCE AGAIN: Beautiful and incredibly sad. Touching especially the lyrics. A typical Rasmus ballad, as you'd expect. 4/5 points

SOMEONE'S GONNA LIGHT YOU UP: This song is a board! Energetic, powerful, dark. Reminiscent of the riffs forth a bit of 'Time To Burn'. 5/5 points

END OF THE STORY: Yet another Plätscher song. Actually quite nice to listen to, but somehow I miss here the guitars. 3/5 points

YOU DO NOT SEE ME: Very catchy melody with catchy quality, but this song is too trendy. Where are the guitars, guys ?! 3/5 points

SOMEWHERE: A very nice acoustic ballad, which invites you to dream. Reminiscent of the design forth a little to 'Sail Away'. 4/5 points

FRIENDS DO NOT DO LIKE THAT: Aside from the slightly sloping title (is the correct English?) A truly successful song. Rockig, melancholic, varied. 5/5 points

SKY: This song triggers an immense creeps from me. Stylistically, it reminds me of the time of 'Hide From The Sun'. Maybe I like the song so so good. In my opinion, the strongest song on the album. 5/5 points

Conclusion: 'The Rasmus' has become a very beautiful and varied album. However, in some songs I just do not have the rock and the depth 'both attributes that have The Rasmus been perfectly mastered. However, I can only recommend all dreamy melancholics.
