perfect for me, 1m75 for 54kg in 15 days I took 5kg
normal diet with a little more steaks pasta + serious mass between meals or just before going to bed + 15mins sports (traction pump abdo etc) daily
I drink it with water, (it's not delicious but still okay "chocolate")
