Rasche help Vit. B deficiency

After a few months reflux treatment with proton pump inhibitor (pantoprazole), my GP Vit. B deficiency was diagnosed. Phenomena: among others reddened tongue, torn mouth, fatigue and even orientation problems. Yes, the absorption of vitamin B may be affected by proton pump inhibitors.
-> The recommendation of my doctor was: Vit B Complex not Ratiopharm.. And for that I am very grateful to him.

The improvement occurred rapidly. After about 2 months, I was able to reduce the intake of Vit. B-complex on some capsule per month. Later I switched to Vit. B12 (Jarrow lozenges). So it does not come to overdose symptoms of B1, B2 and B6 (including bad skin or headaches).
