So before Christmas ordered quickly. It will be a gift for the aunt.
But when we started, the disillusionment came pretty quickly. The relatively good review here on Amazon I can understand in any way.
The description is rather satisfying. I have long wondered whether the first step is to really mean that you should knead the mass. Especially since the mass seemed quite fragile. Knead 120 s probably rather a joke; We minutes kneaded and rolled out. Really soft but the plaster was not thus.
What is this wooden stick for rolling, I do not even understand. Yes, of course, so should be able to underline the mass smooth. But ever tried with such a stick in a round tin this mass to flatten? Who can do that, can probably conjure. So rather taken my hands and tried as much as possible to get a smooth surface. With a mix of hands and wooden stick, we went reasonably.
The disappointment came but when we wanted to make the prints. Sure, I've been thinking that the marks are not sure as strong as on the advertising photo. Even my 4 year old son I have added almost get his hand broken while trying a reasonably good impression of his hand. My little son at 5 weeks was then hard to soothe.
I'm curious how that looks dried and whether we can still save with some color the Christmas present.
I think it is not recommended in any case! Better to touch a little more mess at gypsum and make feet / hands clean, as such a disappointment!
There are then but but at least two stars because it is a clean affair.
