But after 3-4 weeks of walking (no Trekking!) On the above routes and on regular routes / roads proved the shoe to be unsuitable for the original area "Outdoor".
Because the material of the insole (mesh) has dissolved. Since it is dry, it was like a torn towel and strongly disturbed any more running. This is (here most) occurred in both the heel and the toe. The underlying insole plastic itself did not show any deformation. The lateral strap around the ankle had signs of wearing out.
All this under sunny, dry conditions on a flat surface, no mountaineering or other extreme distances.
My approximately 10 year old outdoor sandals of Columbia are still in use, have a comparatively (10 years to around 30 days) less deficits and are also a Wet use.
Somehow an aberration, since outdoor is something else. Or is it more likely for the person sitting on the terrace hosts (yes quasi also outdoor) thought?
Ride well, almost at the processing target shot past => touching up for next year.
Therefore, this shoe goes back to Amazon.
