1. In the capacity specified with 3 cups it must actually act to espresso cups, because I do I get just a large coffee pot full. But that is the lesser problem. Most will be enough for 1 person probably this amount. I need just a little more with a preparation :)
2. The bigger problem arises for me as a predominant milk coffee drinkers by the recommended method of preparation:
a) the water should not boil (bubble), but just be still hot before you pour in the coffee maker. So max. Wait 1 minute. Not of glass but because of taste, suffers otherwise.
b) ground coffee into the glass; then fill with water and stir. After the coffee has full 4 minutes, "pull" in order to develop its aroma can.
c) he is now ready and can actually be transferred. Although possibly for some for Black drinkers immediately ready to drink, even not hot enough: But ... because the glass is not thermo-isolated, it is therefore already slightly cooled.
d) With me now is still milk (gezwungermaßen from the refrigerator) to ...
Result: end temperature of the latte's is somewhere between hot and lukewarm. This circumstance can not change by preheating the cup. Very bad, because the taste is really good. Much better than my previous filter coffee. However, this has always been a really bubbly Handaufguß with hot water. And because of unnecessary "pull" time and despite cold milk really hot ...
A microwave for preheating the milk might help. But I do not. Or heating the pot on the stove. Or a milk frother electrically or for the stove. But if me that's worth the extra unplanned expense, I do not know.
As far as subjective of me to do so. Maybe it helps yes to one or other.
