Although it produces much less ice, but normally you do already a few days in advance if in need (solemnity) is larger and can pre-produce accordingly. The water reservoir could be a bit bigger, so you have to refill approx every 2 hours water. As the ice cube drawer but as usual in this price range, is not cooled and has to start the ice thus after production directly schmeltzen you eh empty the drawer regularly. Only after a few hours in the ice cubes are Tiefkühöer ever cold enough to cocktails, champagne and the like really cool and dilute immediately.
When can plan on a bit and thus frees the freezer drawer, the device is highly recommended !!
I use the device for 2 years several times a year (birthdays, summer barbecue, family celebration .. or about 4 to 7 times a year, each with about 15 kg ice cubes) and it all works like the first day.
The cleaning gets easier with a small Flaschenbürstchen.
Tip: To fill a bottle rather than accept the enclosed pot, feeling better. And the bottle (s) set in advance in the refrigerator (or TK when they are there do not forget !!) With pre-cooled water before the middle cubes are quite large (about as room temperature water and setting "big ice"), and it can in the same time more ice cubes are produced.
