The starter package I purchased through the Blitz offers for 4.95 euros. Because I wanted to take my phone number, I then with my current provider called (Lidl Mobile / Fonic) which freely switched my number for a premature driving immediately. After receiving the WinSIM card I have this registered online and a short time later I received already the confirmation and the date of activation. On the day of the activation, I then get my "old" card and insert the card WinSIM. It was recognized immediately and I now have a favorable rate which is designed exactly to my needs.
