So, I got my first coconut oil 2.5 weeks ago, this was by another company and also tastes very good, but it's not quite as good to smear on bread s. However, the coconut oil from Rapunzel is even lubricate very well, consistency similar to lard or margarine. I will replace sandwiches with this coconut oil, and do everywhere else, instead of as usual butter, coconut oil into food. This I have more energy at once and have a 2.5 in week 5 Kg abgenommen.Ich must say that I have no more appetite for chocolate, chips etc.. Probably one has so saturated fat budget (about 3 Tbsp. Daily.)

Have now total 7 kg abgenommen.Langsam but restive.

So, now I wanted to yesterday again ordered what, and did get NEN shock. Since a glass but should almost double cost plus shipping. Am still not over it. Have now another company. Taken. Normal price excluding shipping charges. If again moderate price, then I like to buy them again.

I watch in the meantime always pure, and then order when Amazon sent it.
