I had to buy a new scanner, as the old Plustek is not running with Windowos 7. Since I was very happy with the old I took Plustek again. The new one is very loud and slow. The operation is much too complicated. Scanning 5 programs do not need a normal person. The scanned is very sharp and without any outside influences. Then you have to continue to work with another program that was easier in the old. And you'd have to change again. Well, since I have him now I have to get along with. HD Rahn
