RIP beloved Sacred

I must confess that I have the game deliberately not buy me, because I've seen previews of various games magazines and "Let's play" videos on Youtube and already knew that only the good name "Sacred" is used to make a stupid console brawl market.

However, I want to express my sorrow here:

Back then it was really a low blow for me, as the German game developer Ascaron has filed for bankruptcy. Unbelievable that after the mega success Sacred the company was driven by mismanagement on the wall. Already Sacred 2 broke the console port neck. Nevertheless it was a great RPG and I just think part 1 of the best I've ever played ARPG because it offered KOOP and an open world. For this humor, a nice storyline, tons of loot and many quests.

Delighted I was accordingly known as the Sacred Name was the be allowed to live, and another portion is programmed. At that time I also read an interview with a developer, which fans of the series will feel at home even in part 3. Everything would be maintained as we know it from Sacred 2. Basically, you could also only make Sacred 2 bugfreier turvy invert better graphics may and the thing would have been sold like hot cakes.

But apparently then has someone in senior management, probably the part of the Publishers' Deep Silver "decided that much more dough is to generate from console kiddies and this obviously want to think hardly anything and just mindless button-bashing.

After all, what has become of Sacred 3 simply breaks my heart. Was only logical that the Community ripping the game. It is also only just the name to push the sale. The game "Sacred 3" is probably not a great success and this wonderful series is thus extremely inglorious end. And that has the series definitely does not deserve.
I'm so sorry for the developers of the first two parts, which have visible for every player mad love and energy into the two parts.
