First the good: The WLAN is running properly, the radio transmission of television by Conrad on the 2.4GHz band is however somewhat disturbed and also creates a dead spot in the headphones when you stand in front of the station.
In sound, however my two JBL speakers are much better (if it were not for the neighbors would). The instruments at the RS170 sound more natural, while I found the RS180 always something nasally, especially in the piano. However, the RS180 is considerably more transparent, so here tutti orchestral excerpts are still audible through while they run to quite a mush at RS170. In rock but I find the RS170 more pleasant, while I turn the treble down quite far when RS180 here.
I have ultimately after much back and forth decided on the RS180 as I mostly hear classical music, but at rock total the RS170 is probably better. When RS170 (closed) do not need the other family members to listen music, while the RS180 quite audibly sonicated the environment.
However, I find that both a bit early to protect the ears to seal off the volume (and it reveals itself only in a rattle when you turn the knob too far). In rock, the volume is sufficient, but with classics, such as Bruckner's 4th one wishes here and there but more pressure (a symphony orchestra finally makes about 120dB).
Both are indeed largely, but not completely free from noise. (Whether this is due to my radio television transmission?), But overall the advantages outweigh the disadvantages, if you want to walk around in the apartment. The coverage is for my apartment (about 80 sqm) perfectly adequate. So both in summary a buy recommendation.
