Our RNS-E system (Audi A3 Sportback) had the DVD Nav no longer read. With the keys (you need 4 pieces, ie 2x order) pulled the whole NAV radio system, cleaned DVD Laser Lens and already we went again.
Processing is OK, according to the purpose.

Notes:
Left / right note imprint.
You can only remove the key when the NAV / Radio unit is slightly withdrawn. By pressing the metal springs on the side of the unit and remove the key.
